Personal Health Monitor
On this page I will upload summary visualisations of key health indicators every week.
The data is sourced from my Apple Health and visualised through a custom Python code (the geeks out there can have a look at an example of the code I have developed here).
Each week, the data will include the previous 30 days. The data is displayed on a weekly basis. The report includes:
Essential Metrics:
Average Insulin Sensitivity
Average Blood Glucose
Average Kcal consumed
Average Kcal burned
The split of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats)
